Renting versus Buying
May 2nd, 2009 10:11 AM

There is no doubt that potential Buyers are holding off on pursuing the American Dream of owning a nice home in a great neighborhood.  Even with the $8,000 refundable tax credit, normal likely Buyers are waiting to see how the economy plays out and sometimes even spending less if not out of fear of the What-if.  Can we blame them?

Renting a nice home right now, or perhaps Leasing-with-the-Option-to-Purchase (Lease-Option), is perhaps the fundamental fallback to "feeling and enjoying with less stress" the benefits of home ownership without all the legal and financial hurdles commonly encountered with actually purchase.

Besides, given the number of homes available now...and the patience to find the right kind of Landlord...Renting or Lease-Options are safe and fairly easy to qualify for.  We at http://GreaterAtlantaProperties.net work hard to serve our  communities with Nice Homes in Great Neighborhoods.  Contact us anytime; we would like to help.
