Lease-with-Purchase Option:  With this we know that Home Ownership is anticipated, but the formal closing will be delayed; the Owner agrees to this arrangement and we move you in today and take a little time to help you qualify for permanent financing and a formal closing later! Trade Your Current Home:  This program is designed to upgrade you to the home of your dreams, without the hassel, the expense and long delay most people experience when selling their current home!  Each situation is unique, so let's discuss how this might work for you.
